TICKET TO FLY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1.  Defined / Important Terms

a.  "The Sweepstakes": Ticket To Fly Sweepstakes, Presented by United.

b.  "Sponsor": Golden State Valkyries, LLC, 1011 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94607, with a copy to: Golden State Legal Department, 1 Warriors Way, San Francisco, CA 94158.

c.  "Co-Sponsor": United Airlines, Inc., 233 S. Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60606.

d.  "Start Date": 12 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on August 13, 2026.

e.  "End Date": 12 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on September 4, 2026.

f.  "Age of Eligibility": Entrants must be Eighteen (18) at the time of entry.

g.  "Entrant(s)": Must enter via the Mode of Entry and be (i) the Age of Eligibility or older and (ii) legal residents of the United States or the District of Colombia. Employees of Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, the Women's National Basketball Association ("WNBA"), its member teams, WNBA Properties, Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win.

h.  "Mode of Entry": Landing Page. Entries not complying with these Official Rules will be void. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. AS A CONDITION OF ENTRY, ALL ENTRANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY AND BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS.

j.  "Number of Potential Winners": One (1).

k.  "Drawing Date": September 4, 2026.

l.  "Notification Method": Potential Prize winner(s) will be notified by email, text message, telephone, or U.S. mail at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner's eligibility is subject to independent verification; failure to verify eligibility will result in prize forfeiture. If a potential winner cannot be reached or if a Prize notification is returned unclaimed or undeliverable, that Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.

m.  "Prize":

Grand Prize: Two (2) Tickets in United Club on September 19, 2026 and Two (2) United Flight Vouchers.

Runner-Up Prize: Two (2) Custom Jerseys.

n.  "Prize Estimated Retail Value": $2000 – Grand Prize; $200 – Runner-Up Prize.

o.  "Authorized Account Holder": The natural person assigned a Mode of Entry by an internet access provider, online service provider, telecom service provider, social media platform, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses, phone numbers, or social media accounts for the domain associated with the submitted address.

2.  To Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Sweepstakes runs from the Start Date until the End Date. To enter, follow the Mode of Entry and complete the form available at the Entry Location/URL. One (1) entry per person per account. All entries must be received by Sponsor by the End Date. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and may result in disqualification. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for late, undelivered, misaddressed, ineligible, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes at any time. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the Authorized Account Holder of the Mode of Entry used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant.

3.  Conditions of Entry

By submitting an entry, Entrants agree to the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes and opt in to sharing their contact information with Sponsor and Co-Sponsor(s). For a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope including the title of the Sweepstakes to:  c/o Golden State Valkyries, LLC, 1011 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94607 (with a copy to: Golden State Legal Department, 1 Warriors Way, San Francisco, CA 94158).

4.  Drawing and Notification

The number of potential winner(s) denoted in Section 1 will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on the Drawing Date. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. The odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by the Notification Method. All Prizes must be claimed within forty-eight (48) hours of initial notification by Sponsor. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded.

If any potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort, is found to be ineligible, or cannot comply with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected from remaining eligible entries at Sponsor's sole discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: EVEN IF LISTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER, AN ENTRANT HAS NOT YET WON THE PRIZE. EACH POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BEFORE A PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED.

5.  Prize Details

Each potential winner will receive a Prize as defined in Section 1. The Prize Estimated Retail Value is designated in Section 1. No substitution or cash redemption of prizes is allowed by winner, except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value as necessary. All Prizes are non-transferable. Any prize not accepted by the winner shall be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

All taxes and other expenses incurred in connection with any aspect of the Prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Each grand prize winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a completed IRS W-9 Form, and each Prize winner shall receive a copy of IRS Form 1099-MISC filed by Sponsor or Co-Sponsor, if applicable. All Prize tickets and experiences are subject to availability; the location, game date, and details shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

6.  Conditions, Restrictions, and Limitations of Liability

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting an entry, Entrants agree: (i) to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding; (ii) to Sponsor's and Co-Sponsor(s)' use of their names, likenesses, photographs, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for advertising and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; and (iii) to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, the Women's National Basketball Association ("WNBA"), its member teams, WNBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives ("Released Parties") from and against any and all liability arising out of or related to any Prize received in this Sweepstakes or from participating in this Sweepstakes or any Prize-related activities, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property.

Any disputes relating to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, and venue for any such dispute shall be Alameda County, California.

7.  General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

8.  Release and Waiver — California Civil Code §1542

By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant and Prize Winner expressly releases the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes or any Prize, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected. 

Each Entrant expressly understands and acknowledges that Section 1542 of the California Civil Code provides as follows:

"A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."

Each Entrant expressly waives and relinquishes all rights and benefits under California Civil Code §1542 and any similar law of any state, territory, or other jurisdiction. This waiver is an essential and material term of this release, without which Sponsor would not have permitted Entrant to participate in the Sweepstakes.

9.  Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (4) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) any injury or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize; or (6) any inability to conduct the Sweepstakes or award the Prize as a result of any act of God, labor stoppage, or other cause beyond the control of the Released Parties. If for any reason an Entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or destroyed, Entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if possible. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded.

10.  Disputes

Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Alameda County, California; (ii) any and all claims and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Entrant hereby waives any right to trial by jury in any such action or proceeding.

11.  Entrant's Personal Information

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to Sponsor's Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of Entrant's personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at http://www.nba.com/news/privacy_policy.html. Entrant also grants full permission to Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, and the WNBA (and their respective licensees, sponsors, and designees), by any means now known or hereafter developed, to exhibit, record, reproduce, broadcast, transmit, publish, distribute, perform, use, and re-use for any purpose, in any manner, without further notification, authorization, or compensation: Entrant's name, nickname, voice, biographical information, photograph, and/or other likeness, however captured, and any photographs, videotapes, recordings, or other records made in connection with the Sweepstakes or any Prize, in all media worldwide and in perpetuity.

12.  Winner's List / Rules

For a copy of the Official Rules or to find out who won, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:  c/o Golden State Valkyries, LLC, 1011 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94607 (with a copy to: Golden State Legal Department, 1 Warriors Way, San Francisco, CA 94158). No later than three (3) months after End Date. Only one (1) request per separately mailed outer envelope will be fulfilled. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

EXHIBIT A

Roundtrip travel is limited to US48, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

1. This certificate is valid for the number of confirmed roundtrip ticket(s) as defined under credits in the authorization details. If issued for one-way travel, any unused portion will be forfeited.

2. Offer valid only on flights operated by United or operated by other air1ines and branded "United Express". Otherwise, it is not valid on flights operated by other airlines, such as United-Marketed code share and Star Alliance flights.

3. Itinerary must be a published fare routing.

4. All travel must be completed by the expiration date listed under authorization details. Extension of the expiration date is not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Open jaws are permitted.

6. Stopovers and circle trip combinations are not permitted.

7. Open tickets are not permitted.

8. United reserves the right to limit the number of seats available for travel in conjunction with this offer.

9. Customer is liable for all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges.

10. MileagePlus miles will not be awarded.

11. All MileagePlus upgrade types (including PlusPoints upgrades) are not permitted. Paid premium cabin upgrades are permitted and may be offered on united.com at time of booking or at check-in, subject to availability and their terms and conditions.

12. This certificate may not be used in conjunction with any other award, discount or offer. Customer will be required to provide positive identification.

13. This offer is subject to any government approval and is invalid where prohibited by law.

14. This certificate is nontransferable and is void if sold or exchanged for compensation. If this certificate is purchased, it is subject to confiscation and will not be accepted for travel.

15. In the event of flight irregularity, alternate travel will be provided in the indicated class of service (subject to availability) only on United flights. United assumes no responsibility for any expenses, or tax liability in conjunction with the use of this offer and associated ticket(s) including, but not limited to expenses for accommodations, food or circumstances beyond the control of United.

16. If you choose to ticket by calling United Reservations, please note that there will be a Reservation Ticketing Service Fee. Please advise the agent that you will be using an electronic ER1181 authorization (reference: GG Promo EER). Be prepared to provide the agent the promotion code, certificate PIN, class and travel area application listed under the authorization details.

17. Not eligible for denied boarding compensation.

18. Should you need to reissue, refund or void a ticket after you've redeemed your PIN credit(s), you will not receive a redeposit of the redeemed PIN credit(s).

19. United reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice.

20. United's Contract of Carriage will be applicable to all travel undertaken. hereby.
